Cheese Legacy Terms of Service (ToS)

By accessing, using, or playing on Cheese Legacy, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the server.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all players, visitors, and staff. We may update this ToS from time to time. Continued use of the server means you accept the updated terms.

2. Player Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and responsibly. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
  • Hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized clients/mods to gain unfair advantages
  • Griefing, harassment, hate speech, or bullying
  • Cheating in any form (including exploiting game mechanics)
  • Sharing scams, malware, phishing links, or deceptive behavior
  • Advertising other servers or promotions without permission

Cheese Legacy staff may remove, restrict, or punish users who violate these rules.

3. Staff Authority

All staff decisions are final while investigations are ongoing or after enforcement actions are taken. Staff may:
  • Warn players
  • Temporarily or permanently remove access
  • Remove items/permissions gained through rule-breaking

If you have concerns, report them through appropriate channels.

4. Rules and Server Policies

You must follow all server rules, including rules displayed in-game and in announcements. If any rule conflicts with this ToS, the most recent and specific server policy will apply.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Cheese Legacy collects and processes information as described in our Data Privacy Guidelines. By using the server, you agree to that processing.

6. Donations / Purchases (If Applicable)

If Cheese Legacy offers ranks, perks, or donations:
  • Donated items or ranks are provided at the discretion of the server and may change over time
  • Purchases are non-transferable unless staff approves it
  • We may remove items/ranks if they were obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or rule violations

All purchases are subject to server policies and compliance with payment rules.

7. No Refunds (Typical Rule)

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, we generally do not offer refunds for ranks, perks, or other purchases. If you believe there is an error, contact staff for review.

8. Disruptions and Server Uptime

Cheese Legacy may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by hosting providers, power/network failures, or third-party services.

9. Abuse Reporting

If you notice rule violations or misconduct, report it to staff using the proper method (in-game or via Discord support). Do not contact other players involved outside of reporting channels.

10. Consequences of Violations

If you break these Terms or server rules, your actions may result in consequences, including:
  • Warnings
  • Mutes
  • Temporary bans
  • Permanent bans
  • Removal of ranks/perks/items gained through misuse

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cheese Legacy and its staff are not responsible for:
  • Loss of items/coins caused by bugs, server resets, or rollbacks
  • Damage or harm caused by rule violations
  • Issues caused by third-party services (Discord, hosting, platforms, etc.)
